REIKI

ReikiDianne Galliano, Reiki Practitioner, will be offering this healing modality. Reiki is a Japanese term which literally means “universal energy (Rei) directed by divine intelligence” (Ki).

Reiki is beneficial for everyone. Many times we experience chronic or acute pain due to emotional "stress." As a result, our physical body manifests the pain, sometimes, causing injury. Reiki practitioners, and many yoga practitioners, do believe that these injuries stem out of the emotional body. When the emotional body and the physical body become blocked, the prana body (divine intelligence) becomes blocked. Prana is the body of breath/life force, our natural healing energy. Reiki helps to activate the prana body. Even sluggish energy is a blockage within the prana body. Reiki helps open your energy centers.

Reiki clients remain clothed as the Reiki practitioner channels universal energy through their crown chakra (energy vortex located just above the crown of the head) and out their hands into the client's energy field. Reiki re-sets the client's natural healing process. Clients often report feeling balanced, relaxed and energized after Reiki sessions.

Dianne Galliano has been attuned to Reiki by Master teacher Tom Capshew, author of "Divine Warrior Training." She uses Reiki, Yoga, and positive thoughts/affirmation as sources for her own healing. Dianne’s passion lies in helping others discover their ability to promote healing coinciding with other treatments they are using to boost health and wellness.

Reiki sessions are generally 50 minutes and are offered by appointment. To schedule a session with Dianne, call Duke Chiropractic at 212-481-0066.
