Gail Flanagan teaches golf fitness training sessions at Duke Chiropractic. Each session focuses on stretching, core strength and isometric and resistance training exercises specific to increasing strength and flexibility to become a better golfer.
A golf fitness training session is an excellent work out for a golfer because it develops long, lean muscles and increases range of motion which will increase the golfer’s fitness level and will increase their ability to physically make golf swing changes.
