Runner Boot camp and Injury Prevention Clinic

Up and at 'em, runners! Join JackRabbit Sports, (42 West 14th Street) for a 45-minute outdoor interval/functional strength workout. Squats, burpees, and pushups are fair game, and we'll run a few miles too. After the sweat session (at 10 AM), we'll host an injury-prevention clinic with Dr. Scott Duke who works with runners and triathletes at his practice Duke Chiropractic. All are welcome to attend.
